Arianna Russ began dancing in a studio much like RJ’s called Accent on Dance in her hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Iowa and received her BA in Dance along with a BS in Human Physiology. Upon graduation, Arianna performed at several festivals in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Chicago, Brooklyn and New York City before joining the Milwaukee Bucks Dancers in 2014. She traveled and performed internationally with the Bucks Dancers as a leading dancer for two seasons. Arianna received her MFA from the University of Iowa, where she was able to perform in festivals and with the Cedar Rapids Opera. She moved to St. Louis to perform as a main company member of the St. Louis-based Modern American Dance Company (MADCO) and joined Lindenwood University’s adjunct faculty last fall. Arianna teaches masterclasses at Webster University and throughout the city. When she is not serving as the Competition Assistant Director at RJs, she enjoys teaching classes as a Pure Barre instructor.
