Miss Lexa
Instructor

Miss Lexa grew up in Orange County, California. Her mom put her in dance at age 3 and she has never stopped! She was a competitive gymnast for most of her childhood and was required to take ballet/technique classes. After 10 years, she decided to focus on dance because she loved the creativity and expression it offered. By age 16 she was taking college dance classes & performing professionally at local theme parks. She was involved in community, college, and professional theatre productions from a young age which allowed her to get musical theatre & jazz experience. She majored in Theatre Studies at Missouri State and continued dancing, acting & directing! One of her favorite memories is her first professional dance job at Knott’s Berry Farm. It taught her so much about auditioning & rehearsing. Outside of the studio, she is currently the Director of Theatre Unlimited- an inclusive theatre program for adults with disabilities. Lexa also holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification and is a registered Yoga Teacher. She loves being able to share her passion for dance and theatre with her students, as well as support their technique and skill development through quality instruction in a positive environment.
